  • Manage the publisher/data provider implementation process, liaising with our data operations team and the publisher to see this through to effective completion.

We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager for UK/DE/FR, EMEA. The role will be responsible for working within the EMEA region in growing revenue and exceed targets. This will be achieved through utilising existing agency contacts, building and executing a strategy for each market within your designated agencies, identifying and closing revenue driving opportunities with current and new key partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders across all the key network agencies and independents. Ensuring Eyeota is perceived as the market leader in audience data.
  • In conjunction with the GM, EMEA - Develop the strategy for your patch of agencies within UK/DE/FR. Identifying opportunities to increase revenue for the region, ultimately exceeding targets set in multiple markets.
  • Work closely with agency trading desks, planners and buyers establishing relationships with key data managers at each. Ensure Eyeota is seen as the data partner of choice to drive referrals, integration opportunities and commercial deals.
  • Identify and escalate commercial opportunities with platforms, agencies and advertisers, whether this be trading deals or license fees helping to drive incremental and guaranteed revenue for the business.
  • Analyse revenue trends across advertisers. Clearly identifying trends in results, developing clear rationale for fluctuations, reporting this to the EMEA GM with any related action points.
  • Working with the EMEA - GM, identify how best to manage and develop the UK/FR/DE business. You will be responsible for all revenue that comes from outside the UK in the EMEA region.
  • Represent Eyeota at various industry and internal clients events and ensure Eyeota is seen as a leader if the space and always top of mind for any data execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Collaborate and consult with agency groups, trading desks and DSPs on all levels, across multiple stakeholders, with the goal of developing long term relationships and driving sales of Eyeota’s Audience Data Marketplace 

  • Develop and implement programs to improve agency experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates 

  • Identify and build relationships to drive large advertiser and agency engagement that unlock advertiser spending 

  • Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing Eyeota’s client and agency base, and optimising their advertising expenditures 

  • Drive relationships and communications between agencies, trading desks, DSPs, SSPs and Eyeota 

  • Manage and negotiate agency contracts to successful completion 

  • Interface with key players in the advertising community and represent 
Eyeota at industry events 

  • Work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, and marketing 
teams across borders to ensure we are meeting client and agency needs 

  • Evangelise Eyeota’s message, products and best practices to our 
customers and our industry 

  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights 
with customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BSci degree or equivalent practical experience 

  • Speak and write English fluently 

  • 5+ years’ experience in an agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online 
advertising 

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills 

  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment

We are currently looking for an Audience Specialist Intern to support our fast -growing business. The candidates will be accountable for supporting the programmatic demand team, responding to incoming data requests and analysing data usage to ensure efficient use across partners.   • Analysing usage data and generating ideas, which help increase data adoption.
